Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Scott3Media collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who we are
Scott3Media provides media, presentation and presenter training for executives, presenters and athletes. For anything to do with your personal information, email angus@scott3media.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Our enquiry form. Your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), the subject you choose and your message.
- Emails and calls. Anything you send us when you contact us directly.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver training you book with us, and to keep sensible records of our work together. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking you first.
Our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. If you book training, we use your information to carry out our agreement with you.
How your enquiry is handled
When you send the enquiry form, your message is emailed to our team. It is not stored in the website itself. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365.
Who else is involved
We never sell your information. A small number of trusted services help us run the website and our business:
- Hostinger hosts this website on servers in Germany.
- Microsoft 365 provides our email.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr supply the fonts and icons on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests these files from them, which means they receive your IP address. They do not receive anything you type into our forms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and related records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email angus@scott3media.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
